These are homes that do not show up on traditional websites like Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia.  These could be homes coming on the market, homes that were briefly off the market, homes listed privately, or homes that an owner is undecided and thinking of putting their home on the market.  I go beyond just searching the internet for homes and land for sale to find a great property that you have been desperately looking for.
